Q. How can I contact the IT help desk?
Information about the IT Help Desk is available at the link below.
Step 1: Click on My Mville on the top right of the screen
Step 2: Click on "Create a Help Desk Ticket"
Step 3: Your username is your full Email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) and your password is the same as your Email and WebAdvisor
Step 4: Click "Submit New Ticket" and fill in the Help ticket form.
Once you have completed this process, you will have an account all set up and you will be recognized each time that you log into this account with an IT-related issue.
