Q. How do you update the library?


This is an interesting question and it does take quite a few people to keep everything updated.  Fortunately everyone has their own responsibilities that are pretty clearly defined.  Our staff working in collections adds all the new records to our Library catalog when we buy new resources, while our digital resources librarian keeps our web site up-to-date and makes sure that our links are all active. We also have a Library Guide under under Library Quick Links that is called "What's new in the Library?" This guide may highlight new technology we are using, new resources we have added to the collection, new electronic datdabases and many other useful resources. So, we're a pretty busy group overall and it's quite challeging, but we know how to work as a team, and that's what helps make it all work!
