Q. My ID card doesn't have a printing balance and the semester only just began. Who do I contact to fix it?

The IT department can help. Submit a ticket via the IT ticket system by clicking on the link below. 

1. Use your Manhattanville email and password to log onto the website. 

2. Left click "Submit new Ticket"

3. Fill out the form

You can add value to a print account with a zero balance using the machine on the library first floor.
