Q. I don't have money to print on my ID and I haven't used it. What should I do?
If you do not have any money on your I.D. card, but you never used the card for printing, then you need to submit an IT Support ticket. The IT Department will be happy to put money on your card, as long as you are currently enrolled for classes during the semester. The process of adding money to your card will happen remotely. Please ask for assistance at the Library Service Desk when you are submitting a ticket for the first time. This is a very efficient process, and normally your issue will be resolved by the IT Department within 1-2 business days.
Even if you are not currently enrolled in a class, you can always purchase a Print Card at the Library Service Desk for $5.00. It costs approximately $.05 per sheet to print both front and back.
