What should I do if I can't access library databases off-campus using my regular login credentials?

Try the following to see if any of these changes will allow you to login using your Manhattanville credentials:

1. Clear your web browser's cache of visited web pages.

2. Make sure the web browser's security setting allows you to accept cookies.

3. If you're using a school-appointed laptop, try disabling the virtual proxy network (VPN) software and try again.

If none of these options work, please submit a support ticket to IT at the link below.

We will only be able to assist you with access to databases off-campus (we will not be able to help with any other platforms that require Manhattanville credentials).
