I can't access the databases because there is an error message. What do I do?

Currently, the most common reason is due to a filter. Many students have a filter called Techloq.
Techloq is a filter that will prevent you from accessing many of our Library resources.
We, at the Manhattanville University Library, do not have any control of the Techloq filter:

We have suggested a few options for students who are using this filter:
- Turn off the filter
- Contact Techloq, and ask them to allow access to the Manhattanville University Library resources
- Use another computer
We don't have any other options, since it is a filter that is installed on your personal computer.
Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
If you don't have Techloq, please contact the Library, because the error message might indicate a larger problem.
